By using this Unlimited Calling Card, you agree to the following: POP 2 CALL Unlimited Calling Card is valid for 30 days unlimited calling from date of activation. You may incur additional local and regional charges from your local telephone service provider when using a POP 2 CALL local Access Number. POP 2 Call will not be responsible for any additional charge(s) that may be incurred. Unlimited Calling is for one (1) person with one (1) registered phone number only. Unlimited Calling Cards expires 180 days after purchase if never activated. POP 2 Call Unlimited Calling Cards are for residential usage only based upon fair use policy. If POP 2 CALL believe that an Unlimited Calling Card is not used in accordance with normal residential usage POP 2 Call reserves its right to cancel the card without any further notice. All calls made from a payphone are subject to a 99 Cent surcharge and will thus reduce the available Unlimited Calling days.
This Calling Card is non-refundable and POP 2 CALL's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of this Calling Card. IN NO EVENT WILL POP 2 CALL BE LIABLE FOR PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, RELIANCE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The exclusive remedy for all disputes against POP 2 CALL arising out of purchase or use of this Calling Card, except for matters taken to small claims court, is arbitration by a single arbitrator under the consumer arbitration rules of the AAA. DISPUTES AGAINST POP 2 CALL WILL NOT BE HEARD BY A JURY OR IN A COURT AND MAY NOT BE MADE PART OF A CLASS ACTION.
